Mechanical Engineer (Design)

Framingham, MA


DPS is looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer with a strong understanding of the engineering lifecycle related to facility design to support various engineering design projects and construction in clean room, laboratories, biotech, pharma, or Life sciences industries.


Responsibilities:

Work directly with lead engineers to design mechanical/HVAC systems.

Coordinate with other disciplines.

Identifying deliverables, defining requirements, creating design drawings (Revit + AutoCAD)

Develop layouts while working in tandem with project managers and engineers across multiple disciplines.

  • design and implement mechanical/HVAC systems.


Qualifications:


  • BS Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1- 3 years Mechanical Engineering design experience required. Life science experience is preferred

AutoCAD MEP and/or Revit experience is preferred.

  • motivated, well organized, and shows professional initiative.
  • ownership of assignments, can work both independently and as part of the team.
  • ability to work independently as well as in a team environment effectively.
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
