Job Title: Construction Project Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Administrator to support our projects and contribute to their successful completion.


Position Overview: As a Construction Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project teams and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction project administration, as well as proficiency with construction management software such as NetSuite or Timberline.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers with project setup, including entering project data, creating project folders, and organizing project documentation.
  • Process subcontractor and vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related documents, such as contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.
  • Assist with tracking project budgets, expenses, and schedules.
  • Communicate regularly with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to provide support and address inquiries.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction project administration or related field.
  • Experience with construction management software, such as NetSuite or Timberline, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
