Job Summary: Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for driving successful infrastructure, electrical, and renewable energy projects? Join our team at Belco, an Elecnor Group company, and play a pivotal role in executing projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of specific projects in alignment with company strategy and goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project labor force.
  • Responsible for budgets, schedules and customer communications.
  • Develop project execution plan in accordance with the contract documents.
  • Act as the customers main contact.
  • Develop and maintain the project master budget and project schedule.
  • Keep management informed of any problem area, especially those that may have financial impact.
  • Provide status reports on all projects to the customer.
  • Provide follow-up with all customers to gauge satisfaction with services and gather input for possible improvements.
  • Track all change orders and ensure prompt closeout of all projects assigned.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience in utility or construction utility required.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple project assignments.
  • Must have strong analytical, verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Must be highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to work in and with a team to deliver quality, consistently.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office (particularly Excel) required.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, Viewpoint, and AUTOCAD a plus.
