- We're seeking a skilled graphic designer for a 6-month fixed-term position who can transform concepts into compelling visual representations across both print and electronic media, including a significant focus on website design and page creation.
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in current design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in all phases of the design process from concept to final delivery.
- This role involves collaborating with multiple teams, translating ideas into designs that align with branding and marketing strategies, and working on various projects simultaneously, including branding for podcasts and video series.
- Key responsibilities include brainstorming and strategizing with teams or clients to create high-quality designs, maintaining brand consistency, and managing project materials using a content management system.
- A large component of this role will involve working on the company's website, creating, updating, and managing web pages to ensure a seamless user experience.
- The candidate will also be responsible for formatting essays in InDesign, identifying and resolving design process flaws, ensuring designs meet organizational standards, and staying updated with design trends and market intelligence.
- In addition, the role will include creating social media graphics, designing elements for email invitations, and preparing print-ready files for local vendors. The ability to work independently while meeting deadlines is crucial. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must.
