RETS Associates is seeking a Senior Property Manager for our client, a privately held owner of commercial assets throughout Northern California. Our client's headquarters are in Cupertino, CA. The Property Manager will be responsible to oversee all aspects of day-to-day management of a 400KSF portfolio of retail and office assets.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property visits/inspections and manage all follow-up action items. Obtain bids on vendor contracts and capital projects. Maintain online work order tracking system and follow up with tenants and vendors on routine requests. Review plans and oversee tenant improvement work.
  • Prepare budgets, secure multiple bids, negotiate contracts and execute improvements. Track expenses to ensure properties are managed to budget.
  • Review and approve non-recurring payables and budgeted expenses. Review GL reports monthly and assist in annual budget preparation. Review NNN escalations and reconciliations and Tenant collections as needed.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years commercial property management experience required specifically managing Retail assets. Office experience is a plus. Note: Candidates with only multi-family / residential experience, will not be considered.
  • Retail experience a must.
  • California Real Estate License REQUIRED.
