Job Description:


Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction sales, proficiency with Salesforce, and a proven track record of successful sales to architects and general contractors. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing relationships with clients, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.


Key Responsibilities:


- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction sector. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on architects and general contractors.

- Sales Execution: Utilize your expertise to call on warm leads, manage the sales process, and handle bids efficiently. Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and closing activities to secure new projects.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Salesforce Utilization: Leverage Salesforce for managing contacts, opportunities, and sales activities. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide feedback and insights to help shape our sales strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, project management, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals and ensure seamless project delivery.

- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management. Track progress against sales targets and take corrective actions as necessary.


Qualifications:


- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the commercial construction industry, with a proven track record of success.

-Experience in flooring, tile, grout, or stone sales.

- Salesforce Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce for managing sales processes and client relationships.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial construction practices, terminology, and market dynamics. Experience selling to architects and general contractors is essential.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate deals.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
