- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and timely production.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, conducting regular safety audits and training.
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications.
- Quality Assurance:

- Financial Management:

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall plant performance.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies to drive process improvements.
- Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
