This is a full-time hybrid role as a Program Manager at Zone 5 Technologies. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development and testing of unmanned aircraft systems for government applications. They will lead the team in developing CONOPS, vehicle designs, avionics systems, and mission planning software. The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects. This role is based in San Luis Obispo, CA, with flexibility for some remote work.
- Experience in program management and coordination
- Knowledge of unmanned aircraft systems and related technologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the defense industry is a plus
