Key responsibilities include overseeing inventory processes, updating and implementing procedures, coordinating customer meetings, managing pricing updates, conducting monthly audits, and providing performance feedback.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Manage, lead, and provide direction to supply chain and logistics teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, international supply chain teams, and business development to ensure supply continuity and minimize disruptions.
  • Inventory Supervision: Supervise physical inventory and cycle counts, improve warehouse processes with the warehouse manager.
  • Procedures and Tools: Update and improve inventory control procedures, instructions, and tools.
  • Process Implementation: Implement new processes and enhance existing SOPs.
  • Customer and Team Coordination: Lead meetings with customers and team members, communicate quarterly pricing updates.
  • Monthly and Annual Reviews: Complete monthly sales audits, ensure invoicing and pricing accuracy, conduct annual team reviews, and provide performance feedback.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
  • 2+ years in managing a team or direct reports.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • NetSuite experience preferred.

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in analysis, data collection, process flow creation, and SOP development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Driven, self-managed, and results-oriented.
  • Experience in demand planning and forecasting.
  • This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills, capable of driving improvements and ensuring operational efficiency.
