One of Boston's top law firms is looking for a Corporate Knowledge Management and Innovation Attorney to join their expanding team in Boston. This full-time, non-billable role comes with a competitive compensation of $165K-$220K plus a phenomenal benefits package.


In this Attorney role, you would be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and facilitating knowledge management tools
  • Preparing, updating, storing, and communicating changes within the Corporate practice
  • Identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative technology to enhance legal operations
  • Analyzing, questioning, and improving workflow processes



To apply for this Attorney role, a Juris Doctor Degree and 5+ years of corporate practice within a large law firm, preferably focusing on M&A, securities, and/or venture capital work. You will also require:
