About the Role

As a key member of AESC US LLC, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to lead in full-value-chain battery solutions for a sustainable future. Reporting to the Sr. IT Director, you will use your extensive background in HRIS to help define and drive an overall HRIS roadmap. Your work within the IT/HR organizations will directly impact our strategic goals and contribute to our position as a global leader in battery technology.


What You Will Do

• Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams to understand customer HRIS needs and explain complex technical issues and solutions in a plain and common descriptive manner

• Collaborate with the Global HR COE and SSC team to translate business needs into projects , including prioritization, scheduling and resource planning while understanding HRIS requirements and providing the right solutions with support from vendors

test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)

• Working closely with internal payroll COE on integration of payroll issues, general monthly payroll sickness/maternity benefits and any other social welfare/revenue matters, administering any data changes as required

• Ensure data quality in the HRIS system and other interfaces/integrations.

• Translating functional requirements into work breakdown structures and technical specifications via information gathering, workshops, sessions and interviews

• Develop and assure quality of process models

• Understands the Business Process Library approach and is contributing to it

• Acting as HRIS IT Lead for in-progress HRIS system implementation, including continued testing and configuration, security administration, report writing, system optimization post go-live, and coordination and management of cross-functional dependencies between HR, Benefits, IT, Budget and Payroll

• Synthesizing and documenting requirements for process improvement, enhancements, new software, and strategic initiatives while driving continuous improvement for repeatable successful cutover delivery for other regions


What You Need

• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT application consulting

• Five years of experience in configuring and troubleshooting HRIS functionalities such as SAP HCM, Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, Avature, Dayforce, etc.

• Good knowledge on HR Business Processes and experience in planning HR business and technical cutover activities

• Good knowledge on mitigating production application issues

• Experience working with and managing an SI partner

• Prior experience of managing the delivery of 3rd party deployment and cutover to HRIS solution such as SAP Success Factors

• Strong business influencing skills, good communication and negotiation skills to interface across a spectrum of stakeholders

• Pro-active, self-driven, forward looking and collaborative

• Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)

• Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards. (training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)


What is “Nice to Have”?

• Payroll/Learning/Performance management experience & skills would be a plus

• Avature certifications are a plus


Travel

Occasional domestic and international travel required.
