Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement strategic plans to drive company growth and profitability.
  • Lead the team with a firm, results-driven approach, aligning efforts with business goals.
  • Manage budgets, POs, and financial forecasting, and ensure all processes are streamlined.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Adapt strategies to stay competitive in a fast-paced market.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in senior management, preferably within the e-commerce or beauty industries.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to make decisive, strategic decisions.
  • Expertise in team management, operations, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
