Position Overview:

As an Account Executive at our company, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential customers, understand their unique needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our products and services. You will serve as a brand ambassador, driving our mission to enhance outdoor experiences through exceptional overlanding and van conversion solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the overlanding and van conversion sector. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's client base.


2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.


3. Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to understand client requirements and recommend suitable overlanding and van conversion solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.


4. Customer Feedback: Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create constructed feedback from customers to further functionality and design into current or future products. 


5. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Utilize CRM tools to track and prioritize leads, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.


6. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and identify areas for innovation.


7. Quotation and Proposal Creation: Prepare accurate and detailed project quotations and proposals. 


8. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing with clients while maintaining a focus on value creation and long-term partnerships.


9. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive, outdoor, or related industry.

- Strong understanding of the Overlanding and van conversion market, including key players, trends, and customer preferences.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and internal teams effectively.

- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
