About the Role:

The Senior Manager of Data Operations manages and optimizes our data and analytics. This role involves leading a team to execute core data operational processes and providing data and insights supporting informed business decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Analytics and Reporting: Manage consistent execution of core operational processes for the full customer lifecycle - from enrollment to activity capture to billing and benefit payment - ensuring accurate data maintenance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver reporting and analytic insights to drive business decisions, including information about activity, members, engagement, and product performance.
  • Support Services: Assist member services teams with data insights, call list support, operational processes, and best practices.
  • Analytical Expertise: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, establishing stakeholder credibility by providing accurate, reliable reports.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the reporting team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity and promptly address data quality issues.
