Instructional Designer

  • Create and convert high-quality training materials into electronic content.
  • Any Programming language is mandatory for Development
  • Develop and convert specialized training materials into electronic content.
  • Research current events, industry trends, and academic studies to identify training needs.
  • Work with training staff to plan both short-term and long-term training goals.
  • Communicate with training staff to ensure all project deadlines are met or exceeded.
  • Attend TEAMs meetings with training staff as needed.
  • Perform quality checks on existing electronic training products.
  • Use the ACADIS/FTACS platform to create, submit, and monitor lesson plans and training events.
