- Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Take ownership of projects and contribute to a collaborative team environment.


Must-Have Skills:

- NodeJS Expertise: Proven experience with NodeJS, with a portfolio demonstrating backend development and API creation.

- Python Proficiency: Significant experience in Python, especially in integrating with and maintaining existing Python applications.

- AWS Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, SNS, and Amazon Macie.

- Terraform: Experience with Terraform for infrastructure management.

- Fullstack Experience: Strong backend development skills with some frontend experience. Ideally, 70% NodeJS, 20% Python, and 10% Java (Java is a nice-to-have).

- Complex Systems: Experience in designing and implementing complex systems.

- Code Quality: Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, maintainable code.

- Communication: Strong communication skills and a commitment to team collaboration.
