Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in platform engineering and infrastructure components
  • Previous experience developing & deploying MLOps solutions
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot MLOps solutions and related issues
  • Experience with Dataiku or other AI platforms
  • Experience managing/maintaining cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Monitoring and log management tools (Splunk, Nagios, ELK, etc.)
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell and Bash

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer preferred
  • Data Science background

Day-To-Day:

Insight Global is seeking an AI/ML Ops Platform Engineer for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, Ohio. The Engineer role is responsible for designing, building, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and maintaining platforms within the current technology environment. The role involves analyzing complex technical problems, developing appropriate solutions to maintain the overall integrity of the platform, including operating systems, hardware and software infrastructure that are critical to the company's user populace and application environments. They collaborate with other IT professionals such as Application, Architect, and Database Engineers to ensure that all components of the platform are working efficiently, securely, and resiliently. The Platform Engineer uses their extensive knowledge of both traditional and modern platforms to ensure high performance and reliability of the company's infrastructure, including both cloud and on-premises systems, in support of DevOps efforts and general business and IT objectives.
