Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Edison, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Management professional at New York Life, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with financial sales, managing a team and supporting the company's finanical sales objectives.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
