WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
1. Excellent visual craft
o Strong understanding of visual design principles
o Attention to detail and pushing design system boundaries for high visual impact
o Consideration of transitions between various states and pages for user orientation
2. Experience in designing complex user experience flows in B2B and B2C domains
o Expertise in flows that span or impact multiple products in a suite
o Proven track record of leading the design of entire features or products from conception to launch
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to succinctly articulate customer challenges
4. Proven success with established design systems
o Knowing when to reuse, evolve, or ignore existing components to meet customer needs
5. Experience working closely with User Research
o History of talking to customers and incorporating feedback into design work
6. Strategic partnership with Product
o High-level thinking about product area
o Close collaboration with PM and Engineering partners to define product future
7. Collaborative design and development process
o Work together with engineering team throughout design and development
o Ensuring high-quality implementation of design details
8. Love for design feedback
o Consistently sharing work with other designers and cross-functional team
o Regular engagement with other designers’ work
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor's degree or certificate in Interaction Design, HCI, UX Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of Product Design experience developing user experiences and interface designs
• Proficiency: Mastery of UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Expertise in UX Design: wireframing, user journeys, interaction design, and prototyping
• Expertise in UI Design: branding, visual design, layouts, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems
• Creative thinking: The ability to innovate in design solutions.
• Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability principles.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving business objectives, requirements, and feedback.
• Deadline-Driven: Capability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-Focused: Empathy for users and a passion for creating great user experiences
