Job Type: Full-Time


Requirements & Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:

  • Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a proven track record of process optimization and project management.
  • Proficient in CNC 3 & 5 Axis Machines, Mastercam, SolidWorks, and thermoforming tooling design.
  • Manage tooling projects from design to delivery, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
  • Create molds, prototypes, and fixtures for thermoforming products; develop and update tool design standards.
  • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to address and solve design and production
  • Continuously work on tooling and process enhancements.
  • Adhere to company safety, environmental, and health regulations.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is a plus.
  • Strong in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management, CAD software, and manufacturing simulation tools.
