Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules. The candidate should have a proven track record of managing technical projects, driving successful implementations, and providing leadership in a client-facing role.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testers to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks, resources, and deliverables.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges and obstacles.
  • Facilitate communication and foster collaboration among team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce best practices, configuration, customization, and integration options.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to validate solution functionality and identify any areas for improvement.
  • Support post-implementation activities including user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the Salesforce solution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform implementation projects.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, including but not limited to lead management, opportunity tracking, case management, and knowledge base.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, and proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and lead the implementation process from concept to delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results and delivering high-quality solutions within specified timelines and budget constraints.
  • Experience working in a consulting or IT services environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
