My client is a developer based in Kirkland and we are looking for a Sr Project Manager to assist with the management of feasibility, underwriting, development, and potentially construction projects. This position will participate in management of multiple projects at multiple stages of development simultaneously.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of entitlement and development projects
  • Work closely with cities, counties, utility providers, and other AHJ’s as necessary during entitlement efforts
  • Active participation in feasibility of potential acquisition opportunities
  • Active participation in development team strategy, design standardization and innovation efforts
  • Organize weekly OAC meetings for active projects
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting notes for weekly OAC meetings and follow up on action items
  • Work closely with Co-President to coordinate and attend meetings on a variety of projects and topics
  • Implement assigned duties with an exceptional level of accuracy, timeliness and cost effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with design teams, clients, building officials, municipality representatives, architects, engineers and other project stakeholders
  • Prepare monthly cost projections and project status reports
  • Prepare and manage entitlement schedules; ensure timely execution of submittals and reports
  • Prepare reports and proposals for Investment Committee
  • Generate Proforma analysis in Excel
  • Implement process improvements


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in real estate development, or related field
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or Business
  • Skilled in full Microsoft Suite including Microsoft Project
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu preferred
  • Must have technical knowledge, scheduling, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills; including the ability to influence, negotiate and explain complex processes to clients and staff
