Position: Financial Analyst

Location: Plano, TX


Job Summary:

Epitec is looking for an E-Commerce Senior Financial Analyst to support direct-to-consumer. This individual will be responsible for month-end close, forecasts, ad-hoc reporting, and financial modeling.


The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical, problem resolution, and decision-making skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and exceptional communication skills.

  • Schedule: Monday - Thursday on-site in Plano, TX; WFH on Fridays.
  • Pay Rate: $44 - 48/hourly with optional benefits plans.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional level of support during month-end close, forecast, and plan cycles, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Provide general financial data support to other key stakeholders within the finance team.
  • Develop financial models and perform variance analysis to improve business decisions
  • Work closely with functional leaders to understand their financial needs and provide analytical support
  • Occasionally perform Ad Hoc Analysis.



Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of directly related experience is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
  • Previous experience in business planning, financial analysis or similar function, with a focus on business development and supporting online business.
  • DTC (direct-to-consumer) industry experience is a plus but not required.

  • Excellent analytical, problem resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure on issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
