Vice President of Sales and Marketing – Telehealth

Never Alone, a member of The CommuniCare Family of Companies is a virtual, device agnostic platform that provides high-touch support and medical access to individuals, their families and caregivers who struggle to live independently.

Never Alone’s platform allows for direct access to a Personal Care Partner who triages the individual’s needs for immediate interventions (both clinical and non-clinical), including assistance with basic questions related to their healthcare or personal support plans, scheduling appointments, telemedicine visits, pharmacy and other supports. The Personal Care Partner also can be a friendly visitor 24/7, 365 days a year.


Due to recent growth, Never Alone is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling and growing technology solutions. Interested candidates should have the ability to perceive and understand capabilities and trends in technology and its application for telehealth settings.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive strategic customer acquisition and expansion efforts globally, taking ownership of financial planning and market entry positioning to solidify NeverAlone's position as a leader in telemedicine.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies aligned with overarching business objectives, serving as a pivotal driver for NeverAlone’s future expansion.
  • Establish and oversee a senior team of direct sales, account management, and customer success leaders across diverse global regions and customer segments to effectively execute the fiscal year plan and present a unified vision to customers and the market.
  • Spearhead NeverAlone's entry into new territories, assuming overall responsibility for sales execution within emerging markets. Identify, nurture, and capitalize on key opportunities to secure high-value deals, acting as an Executive Sponsor for critical customer and prospect relationships while cultivating a robust network of customers, partners, and industry thought leaders.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to develop precise sales forecasts, manage operational expenses, formulate annual revenue plans, and contribute to the development of annual operating and strategic plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize customer contracts that align with both NeverAlone’s and the customer's requirements.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ experience in a business-to-business selling environment with regulated medical products, technology, or healthcare.
  • Experience with Complex Sales and Negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Skilled delivery of engaging, compelling sales, and product presentations in small and large group settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse communicating with senior leadership teams.
  • Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • Results-oriented approach and take-charge attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for business travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
