SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Telehealth Program Coordinator. As the Coordinator for our telehealth program, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and exceptional delivery of our telehealth services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Champion our best-in-class telehealth care model.


Customer Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for telehealth program inquiries, addressing customer questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate with patients through inbound and outbound phone calls, email, SMS and through our telehealth platform.
  • Provide technical assistance to users navigating telehealth platforms and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Appointment Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and schedule telehealth appointments between healthcare providers and patients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate with patients to confirm appointments, provide necessary instructions, and follow up on missed appointments.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of telehealth appointments, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  • Generate reports on telehealth program metrics, usage, and customer satisfaction for analysis and improvement purposes.

Sales & Patient Engagement:

  • Respond to inbound leads and conduct outbound calls to prospective patients.
  • Present KORB Health’s services, emphasizing personalized care, GLP-1 therapy, and comprehensive wellness programs.
  • Identify patient needs and recommend suitable programs and solutions.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including healthcare providers, operations, and administrative staff, to streamline telehealth program processes and address challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless communication.
  • Perform other general duties and project support as required.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Desire to help patients solve problems
  • Ability to think quickly and work autonomously
  • Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPAA, etc.) is a plus
