service the channel.


Marketing Associate Role

We are currently seeking a dependable, client service-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. Three to five years of marketing experience is required, but prior automotive experience is not.


Duties and Responsibilities

The marketing associate’s main responsibility is to support the Chief Marketing Officer in executing the firm’s marketing strategy, including:

  • Creating marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, web pages, social media posts, reports, presentations, and video assets
  • Generate, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights on ROI for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
  • Partner with business development, graphic design, and web teams to design, test, and release digital campaigns; make recommendations to evolve digital marketing tactics
  • Coordinate with Multimedia & Events Director, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief of Staff to create memorable, impactful events that resonate with attendees and drive lead generation, requiring creativity, strategic planning, and excellent organizational skills
  • Orchestrating most aspects of the two annual Presidio conferences from initial planning to post-event analysis – including marketing and promotional materials, working closely with vendors and organizers to ensure seamless execution, and on-site event management
  • Support marketing strategy through exposure and speaking engagements at industry events – support CMO by coordinating details and defining a process for managing deadlines and deliverables
  • Oversee social media strategy, including content scheduling, posting, and creating engaging captions and content across multiple platforms, resulting in a significant increase in online engagement and brand visibility
  • Planning and implementing email campaigns, managing subscriber databases, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance
  • Support the development and release of the firm’s Quarterly Report by coordinating with Director of Research and design team
  • Help guide creative direction and adherence to brand guidelines for all deal team marketing materials and public-facing communications


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, ideally at an agency specializing in small B2B clients
  • Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns, entrepreneurial ethos, high level of enthusiasm/initiative, and relentless persistence to drive successful outcomes for the firm
  • Event marketing and management experience
  • Proven skills in digital marketing and experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (preferably Pardot or Hubspot)
  • Experience in SEO/SEM campaigns and proficiency with digital marketing and social media strategy
  • Superior organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work product
  • Good judgment in confidential situations and ability to exercise discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, problem solving, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proven skills in InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator, basic web design and video editing skills preferred but not required
