Position Overview

Pronto Housing is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our team. You will work on a team interacting with Pronto’s customers and end users - affordable housing property owners and residents/applicants. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project coordination, or a client-facing role, who enjoys working with clients and ensuring smooth project delivery. The successful candidate will support end users throughout onboarding, provide training, and collaborate with internal teams to help meet project goals.

 

Key Responsibilities


Project Coordination and Support

  • Assist with managing implementation schedules and milestones.
  • Implement new properties, apply configuration updates, and test configuration changes to ensure a high-quality deliverable for customers.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth deployment.
  • Lead the end-to-end software implementation process from project kick-off to successful deployment for less complex launches in more mature markets.
  • Track and report project progress to stakeholders, escalating potential issues appropriately.


Customer Onboarding and Training

  • Manage customer onboarding and help them understand how to translate their existing workflow (usually paper-based) to Pronto.
  • Deliver or coordinate trainings with a Pronto Trainer for successful user adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the early stages of adoption.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, compliance, and product/engineering teams to ensure seamless hand off from contract to implementation.
  • Support post-launch customers prior to hand off to the customer success team.


Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to internal documentation for implementation and training.
  • Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas of improvement for future implementations.
  • Assess product issues and needs as a liaison between end users and technical teams, and validate improvements and fixes.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years in consulting, software implementation, analytics, or project coordination preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communications skills and presentation skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial in nature – able to keep moving initiatives forward in ambiguous situations.
  • Knowledge of affordable housing programs.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, ClickUp, Excel, Grafana, MySQL, and Datadog a plus.
