Prime Capital Financial is a Registered Investment Advisor (“RIA”) with $30 billion in assets under management (AUM). Our nearly 200 advisors and over 400 total team members serve clients in 48 states out of 60 offices located throughout the country. Prime Capital Financial operates primarily through 3 brands. Prime Capital Wealth serves over 15,000 individual wealth management households and provides a full array of services, from financial planning to investment management. Prime Capital Retirement provides retirement plan consulting services to employers across the U.S., serving 800 employers and several hundred thousand retirement plan participants. Prime Capital Wellness provides financial wellness, education, and asset management services to retirement participants and data analytics services to employers.


Objectives: Prime has a ten-person investment team responsible for managing or advising on over $30b of client assets across a variety of strategies, asset classes, and portfolios. This team is also responsible for creating written, presentation, and video content about the investment platform and investment strategies for use with both existing and potential clients. In anticipation of continued rapid growth in this area, the marketing team is creating a new role dedicated to supporting the content creation and management needs of the investment team. The marketing content coordinator would become an integral member of both the marketing and the investment teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:


The marketing content coordinator will be instrumental in scaling the quality and accessibility of investment team marketing collateral. This will involve developing processes to create, publish, archive, and maintain dozens of recurring pieces of collateral. At present, the investment team publishes approximately three weekly items, three monthly items, five quarterly items, and at least ten annual items. These include written articles, strategy fact sheets, recorded videos, live webinars, reusable presentations, and reusable handouts. These items are screened by compliance prior to publication and hosted on a cloud site for future advisor and client access after publication. The marketing content coordinator would control and maintain this hosting site and HubSpot.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field required
  • Personal interest in financial markets and investing
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and HubSpot
  • Entry level position with 1-2 years of experience preferred
