Position Description:


Years of exp Required: 8-12 Years


Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and a minimum of 8 years of total work experience
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of planning solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of all Adaptive components, such as Modeling, Integrations, Access Rules, and Reporting
  • Ability to implement integrated Workforce Planning solutions with Workday HCM
  • Responsible for creating and updating technical documentation
  • Analyze, test, and communicate the impact of product feature releases
  • Ability to investigate and resolve issues, acting as a liaison between users and Workday support
  • Preferred experience in scripting Custom Cloud Data Sources (CCDS) and Custom Cloud Loaders (CCL)

Bonus points for experience with Tableau, Multi-Instance structures, Adaptive APIs
