National Accounts Sales Coordinator - Retail
This newly created position plays a crucial role in growing the Innersense brand with National account/Retail customers. The Retail/National Accounts Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administrative needs for the Retail/National Account team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on tracking inventory availability, order processing, forecasts and logistics to ensure the successful execution of PO's
- Communicate effectively with key internal and external partners regarding inventory levels, back orders, PO's and shipments
- Assist with PO placement for larger/chain retailers
- Oversee communication on RTV (return to vendor), T&D (testers & Damages) and shipping violation compliance reports
- Assists with placing warehouse & dropship orders for IBI
- Backup support for placement of IBI orders (holiday coverage)
- Help execute shipments of gratis, sampling, eand vent/training materials to field team (educators & beauty barrage)
- Submit retail product requests for retail visits and events
- Maintain various trackers: PO's, customer promotions, accruals, samples, gratis)
- Submission of credits for chargebacks
- Support education manager with virtual and in-person retailer training
- Proactively connect with retailers on education logistics through calls/emails
- Coordinate and schedule retail visits for in-store support visits & training
- Coordinate and schedule staffing for retail events
- Track & validate educator hours, travel, and entertainment for education manager review and approval
- Coordinate meetings with educators for support preparation
- Maintain retail visit & event calendar
- Maintain and organize retail education team files, assets, and resources
- Coordinate and manage logistics for retail education, events, and corporate meetings including all communication with the hotel, travel, schedule, attendee management, and communication
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year of experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to work efficiently with remote staff
- Hair, Wellness, and/or Beauty experience preferred
- Plan, organize & prioritize multiple tasks, working in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new programs
- Proficient in google (docs, sheets, slides) and Microsoft Office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
- Proven ability to manage workflows and meet tight deadlines with efficient follow-up and task-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated, flexible, quick learner with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a constantly changing business environment
This is a regular, full-time, hourly, in-office position located at our headquarters in Concord, California.
Target Salary Based on Experience
The standard range for this position is $25-$30 per hour, plus bonus.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and competitive bonus achievement. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
