Seeking a proactive and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager with a strong strategic mindset and keen interest in emerging technologies.


The individual will play a significant role in the organization's development by launching products to the market, taking charge of overall marketing, and enhancing branding. The role requires managing internal and B2C websites, ensuring lead generation through Mailchimp, and demonstrating the flexibility to adapt new technologies to bring the company to new heights.


Responsibilities:


Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for branding and all marketing initiatives.

Track key performance indicators (KPI) to evaluate and boost performance.

Coordinate with international teams for global project execution.

Manage and maintain web content of both internal and B2C websites, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.

Execute efficient lead generation campaigns using tools like Mailchimp.

Recommend and adapt new technologies for improving modern marketing techniques.

Collaborate effectively with the Manufacturing design teams to align goals and avoid conflicts.

Travel: This role involves national travel and may include international travel annually, including travel to Canada.


Workplace Culture: You will be a part of a high energy team, which includes both junior employees and some very tenured.


Essential Skills:


Experience in Google Analytics for analyzing website traffic and evaluating goal conversions.

Familiarity with SAP-Dynamics and Click Reporting for efficient marketing and sales function.

Expertise in creating strategies for branding and all marketing incentives.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge and experience in Compression Therapy will be a huge plus.
