Data Scientist

Large Banking Client

Duration: 12+ months

Location: Kennesaw, GA or Richmond, VA - HYBRID (3 days onsite, 2 remote)


Top Requirements:

  1. Semantic search model experience and hands on experience implementing LLM models
  2. Understanding of complex business requirements
  3. At least 4-5 years experience
  4. Nice to Have
  5. Gen AI
  6. Google Bert Experience (model they’re currently using)
  7. Contract lifecycle management specifically or experience using AI to search content and do something with the info in general
  8. Working in a Python Environment

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

Working with global procurement to build a contract scanning model that will process all internal facing documents and scan them for errors/inconsistencies. Leadership is hoping to present an MVP in the next 6 months. It’s new technology that is moving quickly and getting a lot of attention at the bank.


MUST HAVE:

- Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

- Python


Position Summary

Sr. Developer with strong knowledge in AI/ML, NLP, Deep Learning, LLM’s, Gen AI Models, Python scripting language and Libraries, this role is responsible for building or optimizing Data science solutions and help the business to address complex problems


Required Skills

Strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning, Statistical Modeling, understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.

Strong hands-on in Implementing LLM Models, GEN-AI Models, OpenAI API’s

Strong hands-on design and development experience in Python

Experience with data visualization tools

Worked on the Data analysis libraries like pandas

Experience in web API calls

Automations experience

Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong written and oral communication skills. Should have the ability to clearly express ideas

Experience working with Agile Methodology
