About the Role:

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with extensive experience in semantic search models and hands-on implementation of large language models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective AI solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global procurement teams to develop a contract scanning model.
  • Process internal-facing documents to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies.
  • Present a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within the next 6 months.
  • Implement and optimize semantic search models and LLMs.
  • Analyze and understand complex business requirements to deliver tailored AI solutions.


Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Proven experience with semantic search models and LLM implementation.
  • Strong understanding of complex business requirements.
  • Proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Generative AI.
  • Familiarity with Google BERT (the model currently in use).
  • Experience in contract lifecycle management or using AI to search and process content.
  • Previous work in a Python environment.
