Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems software, and telecommunications.

• Ensure data security, integrity, and accessibility across all systems.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.

• Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning as required.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus protection.

• Collaborate with vendors and external support on IT-related projects and issues.

• Develop and maintain IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and system configurations.

• Conduct regular audits of systems and software.

• Stay up to date with advancements and best practices in IT technology.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.

• Solid knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.

• Experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools, and network administration.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

• Project management skills and experience managing IT projects.

• Knowledge of ITIL framework or other IT service management practices.


Schedule:

Hybrid work schedule in Destin, FL. M-F 9-5pm.
