Addison Group's Client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team.


Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Broomfield, CO (80023)

Remote Flexibility: 4 days in-office, 1 days remote

Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $20-$26

Hours: 40


Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, shipping, and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Track shipments, update customers on order status, and provide tracking information and estimated delivery dates.
  • Process orders, including entering orders into the system, generating shipping labels, and preparing necessary documentation for shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent logistics support.
  • Provide support and assistance to customers experiencing difficulties with logistics, including offering alternative shipping options or resolving billing inquiries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics and customer service to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigined.


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of Customer Service experience
  • Cold call/high volume outreach experience
  • Natural curiosity for learning a new industry
