Job description

We are a Growing Property & Casualty Insurance Agency looking to expand our Client Account Manager team in the Raleigh North Carolina area.

Position Requirement: You will need to have at least 5 years of Insurance customer service experience, in a business-to-business environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

The Day to Day

  • Speaking and communicating with our customers to answer questions and creatively solve problems related to their workers' compensation insurance policies.
  • Accepting and processing payments as well as issuing new policies.
  • Generating and distributing certificates of insurance (COIs) and waivers of insurance.
  • Tracking and following up on non-payment to ensure resolution or initiate cancellation.
  • Marketing, Quoting and Servicing Commerical Insurance Clients.

  • Computer Savvy. You will be required to work on a number of platforms to get things done, as well as be very comfortable working in the MS Office suite.
  • Operational Detail. You understand the importance of following a process and checking your work to ensure it is complete and correct. You’re a problem solver and enjoy a challenge
  • Prior Experience. Prior experience in insurance, credit, lending, and/or financial services, and/or working in insurance agencies.

  • Education – High school diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Office experience 5 years a must

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • Candidates must have at least 5 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience.
  • Spanish Bi-lingual is not required but is preferred
