Position Overview
We are seeking a Corporate Communications Writer to support executive leadership with high-impact written materials for both internal and external audiences while ensure that it aligns with the Tronex brand and strategic goals. This role involves drafting, editing, and refining content such as presentations, memos, executive briefings, and reports. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce polished, clear, and persuasive content under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communications: Draft and edit both internal memos, newsletters, and employee communications that keep the team informed and engaged with company news, updates, and strategic priorities.
- External Communications: Create and review press releases, public statements, and communications for external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and consistency with Tronex’s brand identity.
- Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit materials produced by others, ensuring they meet high standards of clarity, accuracy, and adherence to corporate style guidelines.
- Project and Administrative Support: Assist with preparing key documents for meetings, conferences, and executive engagements, ensuring materials are accurate, organized, and on-brand. Additionally, manage calendaring and scheduling of meetings to optimize time and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional writing experience in corporate communications, public relations, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple writing projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and content management systems (CMS).
Location:
This position is based full-time, on-site at our headquarters in Mount Olive, NJ.
