We are seeking a Senior Sourcing & Contracts Specialist to manage the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Procurement Transactions: Handle procurement activities including renewals, purchasing new software, and negotiating terms.
  • Run Sourcing Events: Develop and run RFX events; provide subject matter expertise and lead supplier meetings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and structure SaaS contracts. Experience with market data or data subscriptions is a plus.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the full contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, including Statements of Work and amendments.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure vendor risk, diversity, and compliance requirements are met throughout the sourcing process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team and support the integration of vendor risk management.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years in commercial procurement, ideally with experience in SaaS procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills, experience with Workday strategic solutions.
  • Expertise in SaaS and data services; experience running RFX and sourcing events.
  • Outstanding negotiation, analytical, decision making, and stakeholder engagement skills.


Location: Hybrid - Plano, TX

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: up to $43ph
