They're looking for an experienced Warehouse General Manager to lead the warehouse team and deliver exceptional results for their customers. It's a high-impact role that will be challenging and fulfilling, so don't miss out on this fantastic chance to make a real difference in the industry


Scope of Responsibility:

  • Manages site operations to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Maximize operational efficiency for cost management.
  • Create and manage annual budget in alignment with customer needs.
  • Lead training and development of warehouse staff.
  • Manage analysis of KPIs and root cause analysis if KPIs are not met.
  • Set SOPs and deliver on OSHA requirements.


Background Required:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • 4 years of leadership/management experience.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills are a must.
  • Bachelors preferred.
  • Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Proven track record of success in similar role.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
