Our client is a national leader in the broker-dealer space, known for their investment in employees and exceptional work environment. They have received numerous awards for employee satisfaction and are recognized as one of the best broker-dealers in the industry. They are seeking a Licensed Financial Specialist to join their branches throughout the Seattle and Bellevue markets.


Please note this role can have some hybrid options depending on the branch location. BUT all candidates in order to be considered need to live in the Seattle and Greater Seattle areas.


Role Overview: As a Licensed Financial Specialist, you will:

  • Build a rewarding career while forging meaningful client relationships.
  • Assist clients in navigating the retirement planning process by implementing tailored solutions and strategies.
  • Focus on deepening relationships with established clients rather than sourcing new ones.
  • Work on complex financial plans, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Engage in financial planning discussions by presenting solutions and service offerings that best meet client needs using our client's guidance tools.
  • Prepare for and conduct efficient one-on-one appointments leveraging technology to make the best use of clients' time and plan for post-appointment follow-up.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Offer personalized financial advice to help clients achieve their retirement goals.
  • Implement effective financial planning strategies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide comprehensive wealth management services.
  • Grow relationships through proactive outreach, understanding clients’ goals and objectives, and referring them to a wealth management partner based on needs and financial complexity.


Qualifications:

  • Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 and appropriate state registrations preferred, or the ability to acquire quickly upon hire.
  • A degree and/or other professional certifications such as a CFP are helpful. If you don’t already have a CFP or degree, the Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain one.
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Experienced in financial planning and wealth management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Able to navigate complex financial scenarios with ease.
