Job DescriptionAmeriprise Financial - Washington is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join their team. As a key member of the financial planning process, the successful candidate will work closely with financial advisors to provide exceptional client service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Advice
- Prepare preliminary financial planning recommendations and initial product solutions for advisor review and use in client meetings.
- Develop portfolio/robust product solution recommendations that will fit the client's risk tolerance and time frame as well as develop appropriate product deliverables.
- Client Care and Business Management
- Maintain client contact during the financial planning process.
- Review and update client information as needed for client review meetings.
- Manage and resolve client service problems.
- College degree or higher.
- 2+ years of similar experience.
- Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses are required.
- $65,000-$70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- Medical, dental and vision insurance offered.
- The ability to contribute to a 401k after six months of employment.
- PTO and paid holidays.
