Litigation Docketing Specialist is responsible for the accurate review, entering, processing, and tracking of critical dates for litigation related documents at full-service law firm. The firm invests in professional growth, hires problem solvers, and upholds a collective sense of integrity.

Most Important Responsibilities:

• reviewing, processing, and docketing all Litigation documents received from court orders, as well as arbitration review panels, maintenance of Litigation records, and related docket entries in E-Dockets.
• and tracking critical dates concerning litigation while discerning the appropriate information to enter into the docket in a timely accurate manner.
• official documents and correspondence to gather necessary information for entry into the docketing tracking systems.
• and processing incoming correspondence from secretaries, attorneys, clients, and courts for entering the Litigation docketing database.
• of timely and accurate docket and case calendar reports via the docketing/calendar database system.
• good judgment in the application of policies and practices in handling all matters handled by Litigation Docketing.
• monthly audits of Litigation Docketing Credit Cards and ensure all receipts entered are current and correct.
