**Involves travel to the company office in Lagrange, GA for meetings 1-2 times per month.

6-Month Contract-to-Hire

You are empowered to be hands on to create and improve in a communicative environment We spend less time on paperwork and meetings. Instead, you work with users, programmers, and key process owners daily in all business areas (accounting, administration, manufacturing, sales & marketing etc.) to learn and troubleshoot reported process and system related issues. This may involve training, resolving, and escalating the issue according to its importance and scope. Assist with project preparation, implementation, and measurement. Always take the extra mile to uncover areas for continuous improvements towards virtualization and automation.

What You Will Be Doing

• Test software releases for user acceptance.
• Troubleshoot, escalate, and reported issues
• Function as a liaison between IT and the business.
• Continuous discovering and learning of new business tools

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst experience
• A minimum of 2 years with Microsoft PowerApp & Flow
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analysis or equivalent
