Our Client, a Global Investment Bank, is seeking a PMO in their Boston, MA location:


Key Responsibilities:

1. Cross-Functional Team Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between various teams and departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Schedule and organize cross-functional meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are included.
  • Document and follow up on actions and decisions made during meetings.
  • Manage dependencies and interdependencies across teams to ensure project alignment and timely progress.


2. Project Planning and Execution:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and issues, and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and with the highest level of quality.


3. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Produce and maintain documentation supporting IMF and IMF Technology processes.
  • Create project documentation such as status reports, risk and issues logs, meeting minutes, and technical requirements, including end-to-end data flows from Golden Source to downstream consumption.
  • Prepare regular updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Establish and operationalize support processes for ongoing project and operational needs.


4. Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, addressing any queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution within and between teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage the review and approval process for project documentation, ensuring proper sign-offs from all stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination, cross-functional team management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
