eNGINE is hiring a Planning and Analysis Analyst to play a crucial role in administering the business management function for our organization. This position involves overseeing resource allocation, contract management, and financial reporting. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze financial data, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to the efficient management of our department’s expenses.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data with precision, ensuring accuracy in actuals, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Track and manage resource allocation, contract lifecycles, and vendor relationships and understand the impact of these elements on project financials.
  • Develop an invoice tracking system and streamline 3rd party contract management processes.
  • Increase financial control within the team.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Lead ad-hoc financial analyses across project resources.
  • Assess their impact on the annual operating plan budget and forecast.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and automation


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in financial data management, contract administration, or business analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle time-sensitive follow-ups with senior leaders.
