Required Skills:

Programming and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC’s, HMIs, server motors


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, program, and maintain Allen Bradley PLC systems (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix, etc.).

Write and debug PLC ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagrams.

Implement and test PLC programs for new equipment and systems.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on existing PLC systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PLC hardware and software.

Design and configure Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) using Allen Bradley software (FactoryTalk View ME/SE).

Create user-friendly HMI screens for operators, including status displays, alarms, and controls.

Maintain and update HMI applications to improve usability and functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve HMI-related issues.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation enhancements.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve recurring issues.

Stay current with new technologies and industry trends in automation.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and servo motors.
