Description:

Zendrop is seeking a driven Senior Affiliate Manager to nurture existing partnerships and scout new affiliates, educators and influencers. Your role will involve relationship management, recruitment, and representing Zendrop at industry events. We are looking for proactive, results-driven team player. As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you'll optimize affiliate campaigns and drive growth through partnership collaborations. Ecommerce industry knowledge is an asset but not required. Join us to launch an agency-wide affiliate activation channel and grow client revenue while honing your leadership potential.


Primary Job Duties:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships aligned with Zendrop's brand objectives, target audience, and business goals.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with current partners, affiliates, and influencers through new Zendrop offerings, content, and affiliate software.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
  • Identify and engage with potential new partners, influencers, and brand advocates to expand Zendrop's reach and drive user-generated content.
  • Onboard new affiliates, partners, and influencers by negotiating and executing agreements.
  • Research and discover online communities for increased engagement.
  • Collaborate with Zendrop's social media manager to share influencer-created content.
  • Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows aligned with Zendrop's target audience and brand objectives.
  • Attend select industry events to network, promote the platform, and build relationships with key influencers and industry professionals.
  • Communicate publisher traffic trends, source changes, successes, and traffic fluctuations to the sales team and management.
  • Relay payment terms, requirements, payment dates, and process for expedited payment terms approval.
  • Provide teaching and mentoring to junior/peer level team members.
  • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Understand affiliate traffic sources and user engagement processes.
  • Develop top-tier accounts and implement an affiliate contact management strategy.
  • Recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues.
  • Set an example for others and establish a leadership attitude among peers.

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience in partnership management and sales, especially within e-commerce or tech industries, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and exceptionally organized with a tenacity for cultivating new partnerships.
  • Creative thinker adept at strategic planning and devising innovative outreach tactics.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, dropshipping, or online entrepreneurship is beneficial.
  • Exposure to influencer or brand ambassador collaborations is desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in affiliate management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Affiliate Program Management.
  • Proven ability to effectively identify and recruit affiliates and influencers.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities.
  • Skillful in negotiation and contract management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting as well as tracking tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of SEO and paid digital marketing techniques.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
