About our client:

This company is a market-leading maritime software provider with a global workforce across North America, APAC, and Europe.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborating with global clients, internal product managers, sales teams, and developers.
  • Strengthening client relationships while upselling new product releases.
  • Becoming the go-to expert for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.


About you:

  • 2+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS Customer Success, Client Services or Account Management role
  • Ideally, some experience working within the Cruise or wider maritime sector
  • Strong communication skills, able to speak with team members and clients across the globe
  • Located in or near Fort Lauderdale, FL
