About our client:
This company is a market-leading maritime software provider with a global workforce across North America, APAC, and Europe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with global clients, internal product managers, sales teams, and developers.
- Strengthening client relationships while upselling new product releases.
- Becoming the go-to expert for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
About you:
- 2+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS Customer Success, Client Services or Account Management role
- Ideally, some experience working within the Cruise or wider maritime sector
- Strong communication skills, able to speak with team members and clients across the globe
- Located in or near Fort Lauderdale, FL
