We are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of our upcoming projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency in timelines, cost management, and quality outcomes.
  • Prepare cost estimates and develop project budgets to track financial progress and adjust as needed.
  • Monitor project performance through regular reporting on status, budgets, and any potential risks or challenges.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, securing optimal terms and pricing.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to project teams, providing guidance and support to meet project milestones.
  • Conduct site inspections regularly to assess progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Proactively address changes in project scope, revising schedules and budgets as necessary.
  • Lead the submittal review process to ensure coordination between suppliers, subcontractors, and design teams.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and construction drawings with high accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, job costing, and accounting principles.
