Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Program Administrator to join our People team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing talent development programs to attract, retain, and develop high-potential employees. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure the successful execution of talent initiatives.


Essential Functions

  • Implementation and Management: Implement and manage talent programs, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic objectives and are delivered effectively.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessment tools and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent programs, making adjustments as necessary based on feedback and performance data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify talent needs, and develop tailored programs to address these needs.
  • Budget Management: Oversee program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining the quality and impact of talent initiatives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and outcomes of talent programs to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure all talent programs comply with legal standards and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in talent management and integrate them into existing programs.



Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal skills
  • Must possess critical thinking, strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals
  • Ability to work well in a team-based environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Competitive drive & strong work ethic, “whatever it takes” attitude.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Preferred: 2 or more years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Development or in a related or similar field
